  4. Sit on a chair, straighten your back, bend your arms and align your palms, imitating a prayer. Start squeezing your hands with all your strength, linger at the end point for 10-15 seconds. You will feel tension in the area of ​​the pectoral muscles, if possible, hold on as much as you can. Then relax, do 12 repetitions.
  5. The following exercise is known to everyone from physical education classes - push-ups. If physical fitness allows you, do the job while standing on your toes. In cases of low activity, lean your knees on the floor or push up from the couch (palms are on the floor, bent knees rest against the corner of the bed). Perform 4 sets of 15 times.
  6. Press your back against a wall or other flat surface, take two five-liter bottles (dumbbells). Bend your arms at the elbows, then lift them up, after which again return to the starting position. Repeat 10 times, take a break, follow 3 more approaches.

After the time, rinse the composition with warm water, apply a cream to maintain elasticity. To increase the efficiency, dilute the clay with milk or fat-free kefir.
  2. Cereals. Oatmeal occupies a leading position in the production of cosmetics for both the face and body, in particular breasts. To increase efficiency, brew oat flakes of medium or fine grinding in hot milk, and not in water. The infusion time is half an hour, after this period the composition must be cooled and squeezed.
