  3. Vinegar. To soften the skin in the area of ​​the feet and remove dead skin, apply natural vinegar (preferably apple). Dampen a cosmetic sponge in it, attach to the heels and fix. Put on your socks, go to rest. Wash your legs in the morning.
  4. Soda. Baths for feet based on drinking soda are extremely effective. In addition to a noticeable mitigation, you will conduct a comprehensive disinfection and prevent fungus. Stir 20 g. loose powder in 1 liter warm water, lower your feet and wait a third of an hour. Then do a regular peeling to remove coarse skin particles. Rinse the legs, brush with directional cream.
  5. Onion. Bulb juice copes well with corns, coarsened areas, corns. Plus, the onion disinfects, but after its application, an unpleasant odor often remains. Knead 2 pcs. in porridge, apply on the heels and wrap with bandages. After a third of an hour, wash your feet, brush with lemon juice to eliminate an unpleasant odor.
  6. Natural oil. Perhaps the most effective tool to date. Take any natural oil, whether it is sea buckthorn, olive, corn, peach or almond. Warm it to 35 degrees, rub it on your heels and put on cotton socks. Wash your legs in the morning.
  7. Chamomile. Take chamomile tea bags or regular dry inflorescences. Mix a handful of raw materials with 2 liters. boiling water, let brew for 20 minutes. Dip your legs in a basin with this composition, wait at least a third of an hour. Additionally, you can equip this tray with garlic cloves for disinfection.
  8. Soap with soda. Take a little block of tar mite, grind it with a grater and combine with a spoon of food water. Add a little water or oil so that the mixture has a dense texture. Rub it with heels, wrap it with foil or cellophane, wait a third of an hour. After this period, rinse, use the lotion for the feet.
  9. Milk with salt. Milk quickly softens, but you can enhance the effect with the help of salt. Preheat 0.5 L. milk, combine with 30 gr. coarse salt, lower the feet into the solution. Wait about half an hour.
  10. Cabbage with plantain. Take 5 sheets of fresh cabbage and a handful of plantain. Wash, mash with a blender. Apply to the heels or surface of the feet, wrap with bandages. Put on warm socks, wait at least 5 hours.
  11. Medicinal plants. All herbs have a good effect on the skin, so it makes sense to use them. Choose sage with calendula, hypericum, yarrow. 2 l. water must be measured in a tablespoon of each raw material. Brew, cool to an acceptable temperature, lower the heels in the infusion. Expect at least 20 minutes.
  12. Vitamins in ampoules. Mix 2 ampoules of vitamin E (tocopherol) and vitamin A (retinol). Apply the product on the skin of the heels, rub well until completely absorbed. Put on your socks, go to bed. After morning awakening, this means to wash off is not necessary.
  13. Starch with yolk. Mix 20 gr. starch, 25 ml. lemon juice and egg yolk. Bring the components to a homogeneous substance. Distribute the composition over the skin of the heels and wrap the feet with parchment. Wear tight socks. The procedure is performed before bedtime. With the onset of a new day, rinse and moisturize the skin with cream.
  14. Potatoes with milk. Combine mashed potatoes with rustic milk. The result should be a creamy mass. Distribute in steps, wrap and rinse after waking up. Alternatively, you can grate raw root vegetables on a grater and combine with butter, egg yolk. Further, the procedure is carried out according to the standard scheme.
  15. Retinol and Calendula. Combine a vitamin A capsule with a small amount of calendula-based ointment. Treat problem skin with a ready-made product. Wait a while for the composition to soak. Put on your socks and go to bed.

Hydrogen peroxide to soften the heels

  1. Such a composition can be purchased without problems at any pharmacy. The product has a good disinfecting effect. Hydrogen peroxide is used for many cosmetic purposes. The composition perfectly softens rough skin.
  2. Peroxide copes with the task even with the most advanced cases. Also, the composition eliminates fungal infections. To prepare an effective tool, you should connect in a capacity of 30 ml. peroxide and 160 ml. warm water.
  3. Soak a cotton sponge in the prepared solution and begin to wipe the problem areas for several minutes. You can also resort to the baths. Pour in 2 liters. hot water 150 ml. peroxide. Keep your feet in the solution for about 10-12 minutes.
